Step 1 – Stage: Scan/import inventory (MAC/serial/barcode/name/site/notes). Devices are staged before they ever come online.
 

Step 2 – Auto-provision: On first contact, WifiSched auto-names, assigns site/group (incl. subnet-based), and uploads template variables.
 

Step 3 – Verify & notify: Automatic post-install summary + alerts: interface speed, uplink port, site, group, final name; optional health checks.
